This shop is amazing. I ran over a metal spike thing on my way into Jourdanton. I had my 2 year old with me, and am 38 weeks pregnant. I called RTS to see if they thought I could drive my vehicle to them or need to put on donut. They sent Ricky out to help me. He put my donut on, helped me get to the shop, and they repaired my tire for me. I am so appreciative of their kindness and help. I have dealt with many health issues with this pregnancy and I have trouble bending down to do things, and I would not have been able to get the donut out or put it on. As soon as I got to the shop, I was helped and each employee was exceptionally kind, and polite. My husband is active duty military so we live a lot of places, and routinely outside of our home state of Texas. Being greeted, smiled at, a door held open for you, and talked to is not common. I am telling all my family and friends to come here for all their auto needs!
